I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with teens, adults, couples and families in NYC schools, mental health clinics, and private practice. I use a collaborative, holistic, and relational approach to create a brave environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore themselves and their relationships. Using interventions from various therapies such as cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and narrative, I hope to empower people with the understanding and tools needed to address challenges and build the lives they envision for themselves. I have specialized training in couples and family therapy, and perinatal mental health. These certificates make me especially suited to work with couples navigating issues related to the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum).
I have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University, and advanced certificate in couples and family therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where I am a Teaching Fellow and Clinic Associate. I also have certificates of completion from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), PostPartum Support International, and the PostPartum Stress Center.
My office is conveniently located in Brooklyn at the intersection of Williamsburg and Greenpoint.
