About Me
I hold Masters degrees from Columbia University School of Social Work and The New School for Social Research where I am currently a clinical psychology PhD student. I have advanced certificate trainings from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Postpartum Support International, and the Postpartum Stress Center.
Approach
I am an integrative psychotherapist and use interventions from psychodynamic psychotherapy, family systems, and CBT. I strive to work from a culturally sensitive and anti-racist lens.
